Transparent Alumina Substrate

Transparent alumina (also known as polycrystalline sapphire) is an advanced ceramic material produced from high-purity alumina powder through a specialized sintering process. Compared to standard alumina, transparent alumina offers exceptional optical transmittance while retaining the inherent ceramic properties of high hardness, high rigidity, high-temperature resistance, and excellent electrical insulation — making it a critical material for optoelectronics, sensors, and high-power LED applications.
