Dry-Pressed Ceramic Parts
Dry pressing is one of the most widely used forming processes in precision ceramic manufacturing. Ceramic powder is filled into a die and compacted under high pressure, then sintered at high temperature to produce parts with excellent dimensional stability, uniform density, and high repeatability — making it well suited for medium to high-volume production.
Taiwan Ceramics Company supplies dry-pressed ceramic parts in alumina (Al₂O₃) and other materials based on customer drawings and specifications, providing full support from design confirmation and prototyping through to mass production.
Process Advantages:
-
High dimensional repeatability, ideal for volume production
-
Capable of producing discs, squares, rings, tubes, and various custom shapes
-
Secondary operations (grinding, polishing, drilling) available to achieve tight tolerances
-
Raw material purity and sintering conditions adjustable to meet application requirements
Available Materials:
-
Alumina (Al₂O₃) — 96%
